Lots 01 – 04

Four lots.
Four starting bids.

Every piece is bid on its own condition — veneer, joints, hardware, fabric. These are where a quote begins, and the number firms up once we've had hands on the piece.

  1. 01

    Full refinish

Old finish stripped back, repairs made, surfaces sanded, grain brought up and sealed. Hardware cleaned and reset.

    Starting bidfrom $210

  2. 02

    Custom paint or stain

Colour matched to a room, a swatch or a sample you bring in — sprayed or hand-applied, then sealed for wear.

    Starting bidfrom $260

  3. 03

    Reupholstery

Frame tightened, webbing and foam replaced, new fabric cut, stretched and tacked. Seats, backs and full sofas.

    Starting bidfrom $495

  4. 04

    Small-batch restored pieces

Pieces already through the shop — finished, checked and ready to leave with you the same day you see them.

    Starting bidfrom $340

Starting bids are the floor, not the ceiling. Size, damage and fabric decide the rest.

The run of the sale

Tag it. Strip it.
Finish it. Quote it.

Four stamped actions from the moment your piece arrives at the shop to the moment you carry it out.

01

Tag it

Send the photo and the details. Your piece gets a lot number and a slot in the shop queue.

02

Strip it

Old finish off, joints and veneer checked, repairs made while the piece is still bare.

03

Finish it

Paint, stain or fabric goes on by hand, sealed and left to cure so it wears well in a working house.

04

Quote it

The firm figure is confirmed once we've had hands on it. Nothing starts until you say go.

From the bench

Stripped to the frame, then brought back.

Most of what comes through the shop is furniture that already earned its keep once. It gets taken apart far enough to see what's actually wrong — then put back together properly, in the order the wood and the hardware want.

Finishes are chosen per piece: a stain that lets the grain speak, a paint that suits the room it's going back into, or a fabric that will survive a house full of people.

  • Loose joints, wobbly legs and lifting veneer
  • Water rings, burns and a finish gone chalky
  • Missing hardware, pulls and casters
  • New webbing, foam and fabric on old frames

Final call

You bring the piece.
We bring the gavel.

One photo, one finish, one timeline. That's the whole ask — and the answer comes back as a starting bid, not a maybe. Lancaster, Lititz, Ephrata, Mount Joy, Strasburg and the rest of Lancaster County.
