The run of the day

How a row comes together.

Three things decide whether a row works: the count, the ground and the timing. Here's how we put one together.

  1. 01

    Count the heads

Tell us the headcount, the site and the dates. Festival packages are quoted by headcount, so the size of the row comes straight out of your numbers.

  2. 02

    We lay the row

Units are leveled and spaced along the line guests actually walk. Hand wash stations go near the food, ADA units go first in the row.

  3. 03

    Pick-up when it's quiet

We come back after the last car leaves, so the field looks like a field again on Monday morning.
