Each card explains one program and what it is for. The tabs along the bottom edge are the shortcuts: lemon for action, ocean for stock and how a program works.

How the board works
Online the tabs open. At the utility counter they come off in your hand. Either way, the five programs are the same, and the colours tell you what you are looking at.
Each card explains one program: what it is, who it is for and where to take it next.

Lemon tabs are the actions. Ocean tabs are what is on the shelf and how a program works. Stock is updated on the board as it changes.
