19:00 Doors open
Load-in at 16:00

We’re on site before the doors.

Unarmed and armed event officers, bag check and screening teams, and crowd management for parties, venues and private events across Greater Cleveland. Load-in at four, doors at seven — we are already there.

One night, station by station

From load-in to load-out,
someone is on the clock.

Every stop on this timeline is a service you can book. Read it as a shift: what the officer does at that hour, and what that hour costs. Officer shifts carry a four-hour minimum.

  1. 16:00 Load-in

    Unarmed event officer

We clock in with the production crew.

Officers arrive for load-in, walk the floor plan with the venue, and take up posts before the first guest is anywhere near the gate. Vendor doors, equipment, the parking lot — covered while the room is still being built.

    From $52/hr · 4-hour minimum

  2. 17:30 Briefing

    Written staffing plan

Posts, radios, and who goes where.

The written staffing plan from your site walkthrough becomes the briefing. Every officer knows their door, their line of sight and their call sign before the room fills. If the plan has to change on the night, you hear it from us first.

  3. 19:00 Doors

    Bag check & screening team

Doors open. The line keeps moving.

A screening team works the entrance — bag check, screening where you want it, and a steady hand on the queue so nobody is left standing outside. Guests get checked in quickly and the room fills on time.

    From $600 per event

  4. 21:30 Peak

    Crowd management & access control

Peak hour. Nobody gets past the rope.

Access control at the door and officers roving inside — capacity held, aisles kept clear, and a calm answer for the guest who has had enough. This is the hour that decides how the night ends.

    From $58/hr · 4-hour minimum

Guests moving through a lit doorway into an event hall while an officer holds the line
Access control · peak hour at the door
  5. 23:30 Late

    Armed licensed officer

An armed post for the hours that need one.

When the room is at its loudest, or the cash and the talent are on site, an armed licensed officer takes the post you choose — visible, briefed, and on the radio with the rest of the team.

    From $78/hr · 4-hour minimum

An event officer at a back-of-house post beside a fire door
Fixed post · back of house
01:00Load-out

Same officers, same shift, until the building is empty.

Guests out, crew out, doors locked. Then we clock off — and we are ready to plan the next one.
