KFRT · Departures All routes · All day 01 Need a trip planned? 02 Apply for paratransit 03 Reduced fare card Lost and found · Panel 04 Board holds · Send request

One request starts it. Tell us where you are going and when you need to be there — we check the routes, the stops and the transfers, and read the plan back to you.

Service Panels 01–04

Read the panel
that fits.

Four things we do, in the order riders ask for them. Each panel splits open to what you send us and what comes back.

01 Trip Planning Assistance

Tell us where
you’re going.

Give us a start and a finish — an address, a cross street, a landmark, a clinic, a store. We check what runs against your day and send back the plan that actually works for it.

  • Where you start and where you finish
  • Days and times that fit your schedule
  • The stops, the transfers and the walking in between

02 Paratransit Applications
A paratransit van with its lift lowered at the curb while a driver assists a rider
Applications go to staff, not to a queue.

Apply for
paratransit.

Send the form and our office takes it from there. Staff will walk you through what the application asks for, what to send along with it, and what happens next.

  • Start the application with the form below
  • Staff calls you if anything is unclear
  • Questions along the way go to the same office

Panels 03 & 04

Two more
counters.

The fare card and the lost-and-found shelf. Both start with the same request and the same staff.

03 Reduced Fare Cards

Ask about a
reduced fare.

If your fare can be reduced, we will tell you how and what to bring with you. Start the request here or ask at the counter — staff reviews what you send and issues the card from the office.

  • Tell us what kind of card you need
  • Staff tells you what to bring or send
  • Pick it up or have it explained by phone

04 Lost & Found

Left something
on board.

Tell us the route, the day and what it was. We check what has been turned in and call you back if it matches.

  • Which route and which trip
  • The day and roughly the time
  • A clear description of the item
Report A Lost Item

Process · 04 Steps

How a request
moves.

Same path for a trip plan, a paratransit application, a fare card or a lost item.

  1. 01

    Send It

Use the request form and tell us the trip, the day and what you need from us.

  2. 02

    We Read The Route

Staff checks the routes, the times and the transfer points that fit your request.

  3. 03

    You Get It Back

We call you with the plan — the stops, the times and anything that changes.

  4. 04

    You Ride

If the plan stops working for your week, send another request and we re-read it.

04 Tell us the trip

Board held · One instruction

Request Form

Send it.
We’ll read it back.

Tell us the trip and what you need. Staff reads every request and answers by phone, so leave a number that reaches you during the day.

  • Trip planning, paratransit, fare card or lost item
  • Where you start and where you finish
  • The days and times you travel
04 Request Help

Requests are read by staff and answered by phone.
