Most of our work is quoted as a single flat fee, agreed in writing before anything begins. If your situation does not fit one of these four, we will tell you in the first reply.

    When you both already agree on the terms, the remaining work is getting the paperwork prepared and filed in the right order.

Some families would rather settle the terms themselves than have a judge decide for them. Mediation gives you a neutral room, a set schedule, and four sessions to work it out.
