Courses

Six ways to learn the count.

Pick the course that matches your day job or your duty of care. Each one is hands-on, paced to the room, and built around repetition until the rhythm holds without thinking.

01

Adult CPR Certification

Compressions, breaths, and the pacing that holds them together. Built for the general public — no medical background needed.

Certification course
02

Pediatric CPR

Infants and children are not small adults. Learn the hand placement and pacing that smaller bodies actually need.

Certification course
03

First Aid Certification

Bleeding, burns, choking, shock. The first ten minutes before help arrives, practiced until the steps are reflex.

Certification course
04

AED Training

Open the case, read the pads, place them, follow the voice prompt. You'll run the sequence until it's automatic.

Skills module
05

BLS for Healthcare Providers

Team-based resuscitation for clinicians and staff who carry a duty to respond, with the roles and handoffs that come with it.

For providers
06

Workplace Safety

Safety training built for crews, offices, and job sites — delivered on your floor, around your shifts.

On-site only

How it runs

Nobody remembers the slides. Everybody remembers the beat.

We keep the talking short. The room is set up so you're on the floor almost immediately — hands on the manikin, counting out loud with the rest of the group. We reset, we go again, and we keep going until the rhythm holds on its own.

  1. 01

    Watch the rhythm

An instructor runs the sequence once, out loud, at the pace you'll be working at.

  2. 02

    Take the floor

Everyone gets a manikin and a mat. Elbows straight, hands stacked, count out loud.

  3. 03

    Run it back

Reset and go again. Repetition is what turns the count into something you don't have to think about.

  4. 04

    Add the rest

Breaths, AED pads, choking, bleeding — layered on once the compressions are steady.

On-site group training

Same beat. Your room.

We bring the manikins, the mats, the AED trainers, and the count to your workplace. Crews, clinic staff, office teams, shift handovers — the session is built around your floor plan and your schedule, not ours.

01

Pick the room

A break room, a training room, a bay on the shop floor. If there's space to kneel, it works.

02

We bring the gear

Manikins, mats, AED trainers, and course materials arrive with us. You supply the people.

03

Your team runs the count

Hands-on practice for everyone in the room, paced to the group rather than a stopwatch.

04

Everyone leaves certified

Certification for each person who completes the course, with a record your workplace can keep on file.

Enrollment

Count in. Then go.

  1. 01

    Choose the course

Adult CPR, pediatric CPR, first aid, AED, BLS for healthcare providers, or a workplace package for a group.

  2. 02

    Tell us who's coming

One seat, a pair, or a whole team from the same workplace. Give us the names and the numbers and we'll reserve them.

  3. 03

    Show up ready to kneel

Come in clothes you can move in. The rest of the equipment is ours to bring.

Ready when you are.

Pick a course for yourself, or bring the training to your team. Either way, you'll be on the floor within the first few minutes of the session.
