Built to carry.

Ironwood Holdings acquires companies and holds the weight: strategic acquisitions, operational oversight, financial management and supply chain optimization — one foundation underneath all of it.

01 — What we carry

Four bays, one structure.

Each capability has to hold on its own before anything else can stand on it. Run together, they are the reason a company can change hands without losing its footing.

01 / 04

Strategic acquisitions

We look for companies with a real position in their market, and we buy them on terms that hold up under their own weight.

02 / 04

Operational oversight

Ownership that stays in the room: clear reporting, consistent standards and close attention to the work itself.

03 / 04

Financial management

Capital allocated deliberately across the group, with balance sheets kept strong enough to carry the next acquisition.

04 / 04

Supply chain optimization

Material in, product out. We work the flow between our companies, their suppliers and their customers.

02 — How it converges

Four bays turn into one column.

Subsidiary integration is the part most buyers skip. An acquired company does not keep running on its own wiring once it is ours — it comes onto the same reporting, the same standards and the same supply lines as everything else the structure carries.

ACQUISITIONS OVERSIGHT FINANCE SUPPLY ONE FOUNDATION

Integration runs to a sequence. It is not quick, and it is not meant to be — the point is that the company comes out the other side supported by the group rather than absorbed by it.

  1. 01

    Assess

Read the accounts, the plant and the people before anything is signed.

  2. 02

    Align

Bring reporting, systems and supply lines onto one standard across the group.

  3. 03

    Integrate

Fold the company into the structure so it is supported, not swallowed.

  4. 04

    Carry

Oversight continues from there. The structure does not come down.

03 — The record

Stated plainly.

What the firm is, where it sits, and how it holds what it owns — without embellishment.
