Spinal Adjustment
Hands-on correction of the joints of the spine, restoring motion where the structure has gone out of true.
Structural chiropractic · Boise, Idaho
Chiropractic care that works on the structure first — spine, then the frame that rests on it.
Service schedule
Every plan starts with the structure. These are the services we draw from — used on their own, or combined into one load-bearing plan.
Hands-on correction of the joints of the spine, restoring motion where the structure has gone out of true.
Rehabilitation for training and competition injuries, rebuilding the movement your sport asks of you.
Care for the neck and back following a collision, with a plan built around how you are recovering.
Work on the patterns that pull you out of line — the desk, the car, the phone, the gym.
Gentle care through pregnancy, keeping the pelvis and low back moving as your body changes shape.
Soft-tissue work that releases what the adjustment has just realigned, so the change holds.
Spine first — then everything that rests on it.
Method
Phase 01
We locate where the structure is out of true and correct it at the joint — the work everything else is built on top of.
Phase 02
Rebuilding the movement patterns that hold you upright and keep you load-bearing, whether the strain came from sport or from the road.
Phase 03
Soft-tissue work and continued care, so the structure stays free to move between visits and the alignment holds.
Prenatal chiropractic
Pregnancy changes the way you stand, sit and carry weight. As your center of gravity moves forward, the low back, hips and pelvis take on a load they were not built to carry alone.
Prenatal chiropractic care works with that change rather than against it — gentle, considered work through the trimesters, with adjustments made to suit how you are feeling on the day.
New patients
New-patient specials are available when you book your first visit. Tell us what has been going on and we will call you back with a time that fits your week, your sport and your schedule.
Same-day appointments are often available — send the request and we will call you back.
Next step
One assessment maps the whole spine — where it moves, where it does not, and what is carrying the load. From there we build the plan with you.
