Portland, Oregon — Taproom & Brewery Tours

Pick your round.
We pour in that order.

Five slots on the paddle — tours, pours, plates, merch and event space. Fill them in any order and send your round through before you walk in.

Round One — Tours

Start at the tanks.

The tour walks you through the brewhouse, past the tanks and the cold room, and finishes at the bar. There's a pour at the end of it — that was always the point.

    Meet at the bar

Tours leave from the taproom floor. Grab a seat while you wait — someone will call it.

  2. 02

    Walk the brewhouse

Brewhouse, tanks, cold room. We tell you what's happening at each stop.

  3. 03

    Finish with a paddle

Last stop is a stool at the bar and a tasting paddle in front of you. Round two starts here.

Round Two — Pours

The paddle takes five.

Flights, pints, tasters and growler fills. Build your round below and pick it up at the bar — the tap list turns over, so ask what's fresh.

Round Three — Plates

Round three is a burger.

You knew that already. Pretzels too — hot and salted, mustard on the side. Add food to the same order as your pours and it all comes out together.

  1. 01

    Burgers

Off the flat-top in the taproom kitchen, straight to your table.

  2. 02

    Pretzels

Warm, salted, mustard on the side. The other half of round three.

  3. 03

    Order it with your round

Put the food in with your pours and it lands when you do.

If you're on a tour, put your food order in before you sit down — it lands with round two.

Round Four — Merch

Take the round home.

The merch counter sits by the door, between the bar and the growler fills. Glassware, threads and caps, and a few counter extras — ask whoever's pouring.
