Hollow Bone · Taos, New Mexico
acupuncture · sound bath · cupping · herbs · moxibustion
A small adobe practice in Taos. The treatments are slow, the rooms stay warm, and the kettle is usually still hot.
The door, ajar
The hallway sign
You do not have to pick a philosophy. Pick the room that sounds like what you need this week, and we take it from there.
Fine needles placed where the body is already trying to move. The room goes quiet, the breathing slows, and the hour tends to end before you want it to.
You lie down on the floor under a blanket. Bowls and gongs are played over you, and there is nothing to do but let the sound pass through.
Warm glass set on the back, drawing up what has been sitting still. It can leave round marks, which fade.
A long conversation about sleep, digestion, cycles and weather. You leave with a formula and something to do for the season you are actually in.
Smoldering mugwort held over a point, close enough to feel like sun on skin. Slow heat that goes deep. Best in a Taos winter.
The key
Membership here is not a package with a ribbon on it. It is a rhythm — a standing hour that belongs to you, the sound room whenever the bowls are out, and a place on the list before the courtyard fills up.

The courtyard
We hold things out back when the weather agrees, and in the big room when it does not. Come as you are, bring a friend, leave when you like.
The donation box sits by the door.Give what the evening was worth to you — and if that is nothing this month, come anyway. The bench does not check.
The wall outside, at dusk
Come by and ask about membership, or bring a friend to the next sound bath. Workshop dates go up on the door as soon as they are set.
