Prices & Structures

Three structures.
One way of raising them.

Every job starts the same way: a walk around your ground, a footprint agreed on, and a number written down before we cut anything. Here’s what we raise and what it starts at.

01 — Sheds

Garden sheds & workshops

from $3,500

Storage, a workbench, a place for the mower and the good tools. Sized to your yard, not to a catalogue page.

02 — Barns

Barns & outbuildings

from $8,000

For livestock, equipment, hay or a crowd on a Saturday. Wide openings, honest framing, room to grow into.

03 — Garages

Garages & bays

from $7,200

One bay or two, with space left for a bench, a lift or the project that never quite got finished.

Rent-to-Own

Available on sheds, barns and garages. Ask us how it works when you call.

The Build

Frame it. Sheathe it. Finish it.

  1. 01

    Frame

Posts, rafters and braces set square and braced at every corner, so the structure holds its shape instead of slowly leaning.

  2. 02

    Sheathe

Walls closed in and roofed properly — siding and trim that shed weather the way they were meant to, year after year.

  3. 03

    Finish

Doors, hardware and paint — the details you’ll notice every morning when you walk out and pull the latch.

We measure on your property and price the job before we start, so the number you agree to is the number on the invoice.

Project Wall

Beam by beam.

A structure doesn’t look like much at the start. That’s the part we like best — the frame standing on its own, before anything covers it up.

Proof, Not Promises

Walk the frame before it’s closed in.

We don’t publish reviews we wrote ourselves. Call the shop and we’ll tell you where we’re raising next — or hand you the name of a family we’ve built for — so you can judge the work yourself.

You’ll see the lumber we build with, the joints, and the ground it stands on. That tells you more than a star rating does.

How we think about it, every time

Start Your Build

Tell us the footprint. We’ll give you a number.

Give us the county, the size you have in mind and what you plan to keep inside it. We’ll come out, look at the ground, and write down a straight price before anything gets cut.
