Charleston, South Carolina
Hardwood installation, refinishing, tile, luxury vinyl and carpet for Charleston homes — measured, specified and finished room by room.
Materials
Each material has its own grain, plane and pattern. We specify them together, so the transitions between rooms stay quiet and the house reads as one floor.
The codes below appear again on the rooms in our portfolio.
Solid and engineered plank, acclimated to the house and laid to a true line, board by board.
Sanding back to bare wood, repairing what the years took, then sealing the whole field again.
Porcelain, ceramic and natural stone, set on a flat plane with grout lines kept honest.
Waterproof plank and tile, drawn in quiet patterns for kitchens, baths and Lowcountry humidity.
Broadloom and modular, cut and seamed to the room's edges.

How we work
Four steps between the first visit and the last board. Nothing is ordered until the plan is drawn.
We walk the rooms with you, take measurements and read the light. Bring photographs and questions — we leave with a clear idea of how the house wants to be floored.
Materials, plank widths, tile patterns, thresholds and seam placement, drawn up and set against a budget before anything is ordered.
Dust managed, edges protected, floors set to the plan room by room. You get progress you can follow, not surprises at the end.
Refinishing, sealing, trim and a final walkthrough of every room, checked against the plan until the house matches the drawing.
