What we do

Rooms that read as home, not inventory.

Whether you are living in the house while it is listed, or handing over a set of empty keys, we style what is there, bring in what is missing, and edit until every room holds its own.

  • 01

    Occupied home staging

We work around your life: keeping the pieces that earn their place, re-hanging art, re-lighting corners, and softening the rooms buyers walk through first.

  • 02

    Vacant property staging

Empty rooms photograph small and cool. We layer furniture, rugs, textiles and greenery room by room, so a blank listing reads as a finished home.

  • 03

    Furniture rental

Need the look for a season rather than a lifetime? Our rental collection of sofas, beds, dining sets and accessories is delivered and styled in place.

Also on the menu: listing styling, photo-day styling and design consultations.

Before & after

The same room, staged.

Staging day is quiet work — a throw folded at the right angle, a lamp moved two feet, a chair turned toward the light. Here is the difference it makes on camera.

Before Empty living room before staging, with bare floors, blank walls and a single tall window
Vacant living room · day one
After The same living room after staging, with a linen sofa, area rug, coffee table and layered textiles
Same room · staged with our rental collection
Staged bedroom with crisp white bedding and a folded wool throw in warm afternoon light
Primary bedroom · vacant property staging

We hang, layer and light each room until it holds together — then photograph it that way.

How it works

Every house already has a story. We turn the key.

A walkthrough is where it starts. We look at light, sightlines and the rooms buyers linger in, then write a plan that fits the property and the timeline you are working to.

  1. 01

    Walkthrough

We meet at the property and go room by room, talking through how it will be shown — occupied, vacant, or somewhere in between.

  2. 02

    The plan

You get a room-by-room plan: what stays, what goes, what we bring in, and where the budget lands. Clear, before anything moves.

  3. 03

    Styling day

Our team arrives with furniture, textiles and art, and works through the house until every space is photograph-ready.

  4. 04

    Photo day

We style each room for the camera and leave the house looking the way it will in the listing photos.
