How it works
Three stops from booking to better water.
No phone tag, no waiting for a callback. You see the same windows we do, and you take the one that fits your day.
Straightforward work, tidy finish — most softener installs are wrapped up in a single visit.
Pick your town and time
Choose your town on the grid and take a window that suits you — weekday mornings, weekday afternoons or Saturday mornings. Booking is open 24/7, so you can sort it at 6am with a coffee or at 10pm once the kids are down.
We confirm and roll out
You get your window confirmed along with the details of the visit. Our tech arrives with the parts for your system already on the truck, so we're not making a second trip for a fitting.
Water's handled
We install or tune up, test the water and walk you through what to check between visits. If you're on salt delivery, that runs on its own schedule and keeps the brine tank topped up without you thinking about it.
