The first questions families ask
You're three states away. Here's how it actually goes.
01
Can you get in?
If there's a key under a flowerpot, a lockbox on the door, or a neighbor who can let us in, that's usually enough to start. If nobody local has one, say so on the call and we'll work out how to open the door before anything is booked.
02
Do I need to be there?
No. Plenty of the families we work with never set foot in the house. You tell us what to keep, we handle the rest, and you get the house back empty and swept out.
Two answers in, and this is usually where people call. Ask anything — we won't push you toward a booking.
03
Who decides what stays?
You do. We set aside everything you've flagged, leave the maybe pile untouched, and nothing goes on the truck until you've said so. If you want a second look at something, ask and we'll send a photo to your phone.
