Broom-finished driveways, walkways and foundations — screeded flat, edged clean and finished to shed water and take daily traffic.
Stamped & Decorative
Form liners and pattern stamps pressed into fresh concrete — patios and paths that read like cut stone instead of a gray slab.
The Craft
Concrete is the one part of a property that has to be both. It has to be structural — the base, the grade, the reinforcement, the edge. And it has to look like something you chose on purpose.
We pour both sides of that trade. The flatwork that takes a truck and a Kansas winter, and the decorative work that turns a back garden into a room.
Raw & Structural
Flatwork priced per square foot. Every job is quoted after we walk the site — grade, drainage and access all change the number.
Broom-finished slabs built for daily traffic — graded, formed and jointed so water leaves instead of sitting.
Paths from the drive to the door, poured level and edged square, with joints that follow the run.
Slabs and foundation work for garages, shops and outbuildings — prepped, reinforced and poured to spec.
Cracked, spalled or sunken slabs. We'll tell you straight whether it's a patch or a re-pour.
Sample per-square-foot pricing for standard residential work. Square footage, removal and haul-off are confirmed on site.
Stamped & Decorative
The same structural slab, worked while it's still wet. Form liners give the edges depth, stamps give the field its pattern, color settles into the joints.
Outdoor floors poured to fall away from the house, finished in the texture you pick.
Stone, slate and tile patterns pressed into the surface with release color worked into the joints, plus borders and bands where you want them.
Pattern, color and border are chosen with you before the pour — once it's stamped, it's set.
How It Goes
No runaround, no disappearing quotes. Here's the whole sequence from the first phone call to the day you park on it.
Tell us the project, the town and roughly how many square feet. You'll get a straight per-square-foot starting point on the phone.
Grade, drainage, access for the truck, and anything that needs removing. The scope gets settled before a single yard is poured.
Base compacted, forms set, reinforcement placed where it belongs. This is the part nobody sees and the part that decides how it holds up.
We place, screed, float and finish to the texture you chose — broomed for grip or stamped for pattern — then clean the site down behind us.
