Every dinner begins the same way — a quiet kitchen, a candle already lit, and a question about what you would like to eat. From there the work is mine: the shopping, the timing, the last taste from the spoon, the pans soaking at the end of it.
I cook along the Seacoast for people who want their own table to feel like an occasion, whether that is an ordinary Tuesday in February or the holiday everyone drives in for. The kitchen stays yours. The evening stays yours.
