How it works
Appointments happen in the studio rather than a showroom. You sit at the bench with the maker, and nothing is charged before we agree on the work.
Step one
Choose an hour from the week, then call the studio to hold it. Bridal suite appointments are always free.
Step two
We look at the piece or the sketch together and talk materials, fit and timing. A design consultation is $75, credited toward a custom order.
Step three
Sizing, chain repair and stone tightening happen here at the bench. You will know the timeline before anything starts.
Step four
Come back for the finished piece, or we call when it is ready. Custom work carries on from the plan we set at the consult.

Repairs and sizing are handled during your studio hour. Custom pieces begin with a design consultation and continue over a few visits.

A free appointment in the quiet room at the back of the studio. Bring rings, ideas, photographs, or nothing at all — we will take the hour slowly.

Service area
The studio sits in Mystic, and pieces travel in from along the coastline and up the river from Rhode Island. Studio visits are by appointment, so the bench is free when you arrive.
