The five stations

Five stations, in order.

A wheel gets tightened in a star, not in a circle — opposite corners, every time, so the wheel seats flat and nothing gets over-torqued on one side. The shop runs on the same idea: five stations, worked in order.

Torque order: 1 → 3 → 5 → 2 → 4

  1. Tire sales

    STATION 01
    • Passenger, light truck, RV, trailer and side-by-side.
    • Read the size off the sidewall, or bring the vehicle and we read it.
    • Load rating matched to the job, not just the wheel size.

  2. Mounting & balancing

    STATION 02
    • Wheel off, tire off, new tire seated on the rim.
    • Balanced and spun true on the machine.
    • Back on the studs, hand-started, never cross-threaded.

  3. Alignment

    STATION 03
    • Toe, camber and caster set to the manufacturer's spec.
    • You get the before-and-after printout.
    • Set on the rack, not by eye.

  4. Flat repair

    STATION 04
    • Puncture patched from the inside, then rebalanced.
    • Plug-only is a parking-lot fix, not a repair.
    • If the sidewall is gone, we tell you straight.

  5. TPMS service

    STATION 05
    • Sensors read, reset or replaced.
    • New wheels mean new sensor IDs to program.
    • Relearned before the vehicle leaves the bay.
