Three ways to sit
Every table at Fuego Verde sits in its own weather. Pick the one you want, then tell us the day and the size of your party.
Under the mesquite ramada, out of the late sun, and the first corner of the patio to cool off in the evening.
Full exposure to the sunset and whatever the sky does next. The west rail seats go copper as the light drops.
Long tables pushed end to end, room for the whole crew, and the quietest corner of the patio once the grill gets going.
Table reservations, Friday through Sunday
From the kitchen
Four things we do every single service — mesquite coals, masa in hand, aguas frescas poured cold, and a salsa bar you build yourself.
Mesquite grill
Skirt steak over live mesquite coals, charred at the edges, rested and sliced to order. The smoke is the whole point.
Hand press
Pressed by hand and cooked to order, still steaming when they land on the table.
Salsa bar
Small bowls, a stack of little dishes, and no wrong order to go in. Take as many trips as you like.
Cold line
Made in house and poured cold straight from the jar — the right thing to be holding when the first thunder rolls.
Private fiesta bookings
The fiesta courtyard is yours to arrange — long tables, the salsa bar within reach, and the whole sky overhead. Tell us the date and the size of the crowd, and we will map the room around it.
Weekend tables
We take patio reservations for Friday, Saturday and Sunday service. Tell us the day, the size of your party and the zone you want, and we will take it from there.
