Five ways onto the floor for the kids of Greenville — recreational classes, tumbling, competitive team, birthday parties and open gym. Pick the one that fits your gymnast and enroll.

The classes

Five ways onto the floor.

Every class runs on the same floor, and each one takes a different route across it. Start where your gymnast fits.

01 · Recreational

Recreational gymnastics

Rolls, cartwheels, balance and the confidence that comes with all three. Recreational classes build the basics from the ground up, at the pace of the group.

02 · Team

Competitive team

For the gymnasts who want a season to train for. Competitive team is the most focused route across the floor — a coach, a routine, and teammates beside them.

03 · Tumbling

Tumbling

Floor work built around the pass: take off, rotate, land, go again. Short, fast, and always moving forward across the mat.

Birthday parties

Book the floor and let the party run itself — mats, space and a room full of kids who have somewhere to put all that energy.

Open gym

The floor is open and the pace is yours. Come flip when they want to flip, and go home tired.

How a class runs

Walk in, warm up, get moving.

No long introductions and no standing around at the side of the mat. Here is how it starts.

  1. 01

    Walk in

Find the mat, drop the bag and meet the coach who runs your group.

  2. 02

    Warm up

Wrists, ankles and shoulders first. Every class starts slow before anything goes upside down.

  3. 03

    Go

Rolls and cartwheels to start, then the pass corner to corner — one landing at a time.

They have never done it before

Recreational gymnastics. Start on the floor and build the basics.

They are already flipping off the couch

Tumbling. Floor work built around the pass — take off, rotate, land, repeat.

They want something to train for

Competitive team. A season to work toward, with a team beside them.

There is a birthday coming, or they just want floor time

Birthday parties and open gym. Both put the whole floor in play, on your terms.
