Charlotte, NC · Custom packaging
Pick your format, choose a tier, and we run the level with you — design, material, printing, fulfillment and inventory, played out from one cabinet.
LEVEL 01
Level select
Every format plugs into the same workflow — artwork, materials, printing, packing and stock control. Start with the piece your product needs most, and we build the rest of the run around it.
Flexible pouches shaped around your product, fill weight and shelf presence — the format most runs start with.
Send specs for a pouch → 02Roll and sheet labels for bottles, jars, tubs and cartons, printed to sit cleanly on the surface you fill.
Send specs for labels → 03Printing for film, wrap and cartons, with color kept consistent run after run.
Send specs for printing → 04Packing, kitting and shipping your finished runs, so stock goes out the door in the order you need it.

The run
Each level is a stage of the same project. You choose the format and the tier; we keep every selection attached to your run from first sketch to the last pallet out of the building.
Custom packaging design starts with your product, not a template — structure, dielines and artwork prepared so the finished piece looks intentional on shelf and behaves properly on the filling line.
Film, board and finish chosen around what you pack, how it ships and how long it needs to hold up. The material decision locks in before print.
Printing and color matching across your run, so the second batch looks like the first one. Labels, film and cartons all hold the same brand colors.
Packing, kitting and shipping. Your finished packaging gets assembled, boxed and sent out in the order your production calendar needs it.
Inventory management keeps your packaging counted and ready, so reorders stop being an emergency and start being a scheduled release.
Pricing ladder
Every run is quoted on quantity, material, print and finishing, so the number lands where your project actually sits. Pick the tier that matches how far you want to go, then send your specs.
Rank 01
First pass
First runs, samples and market tests where you want the packaging in hand before committing to volume.
Rank 02
Built for reorders
Products selling steadily with reorders on the calendar and colors that have to stay consistent batch to batch.
Rank 03
Full program
Operations running multiple formats at once who would rather not warehouse and count packaging themselves.
Each tier builds on the one before it. Not sure where your project belongs? Send the specs anyway and we will tell you which level fits before anything is quoted.
Boss level
Packaging is only easy until you are the one counting it. We hold, track and release your stock so production pulls what it needs and nothing sits forgotten at the back of a rack.
Game start
Tell us the format, the tier and what you are packing. We come back with the run mapped out — design, material, print, fulfillment and stock, in order.
