Boxing gym · Allentown, PA
Beginner boxing, a youth program, an amateur fight team, personal training and open gym — all of it under one roof on Fifth Street. Pick a row on the board and take a free first class.
The board, row by row
Every row on the board is a real hour in the room. Read what happens in each one before you commit to anything.
Stance, guard, footwork and the first three punches. You learn the mechanics before anything gets fast. No experience needed and nothing to prove walking through the door.
Start hereA structured hour for younger boxers: footwork drills, bag work, and the discipline of a room where everybody waits their turn. Coached closely from start to finish.
CoachedFor boxers training toward the amateur circuit. Rounds, conditioning and coached work on the pads — the hours get longer and the standard gets higher.
TeamOne-to-one hours on the pads and the bags, built around what you want to fix. Booked ahead and worked at your pace.
One to oneThe floor is yours. Bags, ring, wraps, work. Come in, warm up, put the rounds in, and leave it on the canvas.

Open gym
Open gym is the backbone of the week. Come in and work your own rounds, or stand at the edge and watch a class before you book one. Either way, the door is open.
The room
A working gym in Allentown, built for people who want to learn the sport properly — not for a photo.
Heavy bags, a ring, and floor space that has heard a lot of rounds. It's a gym first and a photograph second, and the coaching is the reason people stay.
Come stand in it before you sign anything. Walk the room, watch an hour, and ask a coach what the beginner class actually looks like on the night you'd come.
Before every hour there's the same small ritual: tape, wraps, a last look at the board. It's the quietest part of the night, and for a lot of people it's the part they end up looking forward to.
If you've never boxed, this is where it starts. If you have, this is where you get back to it.
Walkthrough
Pick a day and a coach will walk you through the floor — bags, ring, the board on the wall — and answer whatever you want to ask. No pressure to sign anything.
The last row on the board
Send the form and we'll put you in a beginner class, the youth program or an open gym session — whichever suits you. Nothing to bring but yourself and something you can move in.
