Your swing,
decoded.

Driving range, lessons, club fitting, pro shop and mini golf — all in one place in Scottsdale. Fittings and lessons run on a launch monitor, so every change is measured against your own numbers.

01 — The method

Stop guessing.
Start measuring.

Every fitting at Fairway Greens runs the same way: capture a baseline, read the pattern, build to the numbers, then verify it outdoors on the range. Nothing in the bag changes without a reason you can see on screen.

Illustrative dispersion map — 20 shots, before and after
Step 01

Baseline capture

Twenty swings on the launch monitor. Club speed, ball speed, launch angle and spin, recorded before we change a single thing.

Step 02

Read the pattern

We plot where the ball actually goes — the miss, the spread, the height window — and separate what your swing is doing from what your equipment is doing.

Step 03

Build the prescription

Loft, lie, shaft weight and flex, grip size. Every choice is tied to a number from your baseline, not to a tag on a shelf.

Step 04

Verify on the range

You hit the built set outdoors, on the same monitor, with the same numbers running. If the pattern doesn't tighten, we keep working.

02 — What we measure

Six numbers,
one clear picture.

A launch monitor turns a swing into numbers you can act on. These are the ones we watch, and what each one changes in your bag.

Figures on this page are an example 7-iron session, shown to explain what each number means.

Club speed 104.2mph

Sets the shaft weight and flex window we start from.

Ball speed 148.6mph

Shows how much speed you are losing at impact.

Launch angle 14.8deg

Drives the loft decision on every club in the set.

Spin rate 5,420rpm

The number that decides whether your flight holds or balloons.

Carry distance 182yd

Used to gap the set from the longest club to the shortest.

Dispersion ±6yd

The spread of the pattern — the number we are trying to shrink.

03 — Lessons

Coaching that runs on data.

Lessons use the same monitors as the fitting bay. You see the before and after on screen, so practice stops being a feeling and starts being a target.

  • 01

    Swing analysis

Path, face angle and strike location, captured on every session so nothing gets lost between visits.

  • 02

    A practice plan

One number to move, and the drills that move it. You leave knowing exactly what to work on.

  • 03

    On-range carryover

We test the change under real ball flight, outdoors, before we call it yours.

04 — Equipment & pro shop

Equipment prescriptions.

The pro shop stocks what our fittings prescribe. If it isn't right for your numbers, we won't put it in your hands.
