Burlington, Vermont

Two lives turn a corner.

You probably didn’t plan to fall for someone from Vermont. We photograph the day that follows — unhurried, in this town, in whatever light it gives us.

How a day goes

We follow the day rather than reorganise it.

A wedding day has its own weather: the quiet of a getting-ready room, the ten minutes after the ceremony, the part where everyone forgets the camera is there. We stay out of the way and keep working.

Most couples meet us somewhere between a season they love and a town they didn’t grow up in.

By the end there is a block of town, a room full of your people, and photographs of both.

The crossing

Two streets, one day.

Every wedding has two sides: the way you two are choosing this, and the way the day behaves once it starts. We work both.

EVERGREEN

From where you stand

You’re choosing a town, a season, maybe a Tuesday in June. We’ll tell you honestly what the light does here, and what your day will feel like from the inside.

  • Engagement sessions, for the practice of being photographed
  • A timeline built around light rather than a template
  • A second photographer when the day splits into two rooms
ELM

From where the day sits

The shoe that keeps slipping. The cousin who cries first. The ten minutes after the ceremony when everyone finally exhales. We photograph the day as it behaves, which is rarely the way it was planned.

  • Getting-ready rooms and their window light
  • Vows, rings, and the walk back up the aisle
  • The dance floor, well past your bedtime

Services

Five ways to work together.

Most couples book two or three of these and leave the rest. Mix them to fit the day you’re actually having.

01

Wedding day coverage

Full-day coverage, from the first quiet minutes of getting ready through the last song. Whether that’s one photographer or two is up to how your day runs.

02

Engagement sessions

A slow hour somewhere the two of you actually like. You get photographs out of it, and you get to practise being in front of a camera before it matters.

03

Elopement packages

Just the two of you, a witness or two, and a weekday that belongs to nobody else. Small doesn’t mean less of a story.

04

Album design

We lay the day out page by page, you tell us what’s missing or what’s over-represented, and it ends up as something you can hold and hand to people.

05

Second photographer

A second set of hands and frames for the moments that happen in two rooms at once — the getting-ready side and the ceremony side, the bar and the dance floor.

Not sure which of these you need? That’s exactly what a consultation is for. Book a consultation

Consultations

Let’s find your corner.

Tell us your date, or the season you’re circling, and where you’re thinking of. We’ll talk through the light, the timeline and the parts you’re quietly worried about — long before anything is booked.

There’s no pressure in a first conversation. If you’re still deciding between a big day and a quiet one, we can talk about that too.
