Consultation & Site Notes

Tell us the venue, the date and the feeling you are after. We take notes on access, surfaces and power — the practical lines under the pretty ones.

Your Rental Plan

You get a laid-out plan: tents, tables, seating and lighting drawn in place, with quantities matched to your guest count.

Delivery & Set

Our crew arrives in the delivery window, sets the structure and seating, and checks the linens and lighting against the plan.

Retrieval & Sweep

We collect the order after the last dance and leave the site the way the venue expects to find it.
