Botanical candles · Poured in Santa Fe

Gather. Pour. Light.

Soy candles, essential oil blends and candle-making kits, poured in small batches in our Santa Fe studio — with courses and private workshops for anyone who wants to learn the craft.

Small batches, poured by hand, cured on the sill.

Poured by hand, kept in the wall

Soy wax, cotton wicks and essential oils blended in the studio. Each candle rests in an arched niche in the adobe until the scent holds, so you can smell the room before you take anything home.

Workshops

Private workshops, set around the table

Tell us what you’d like to make and we’ll set the table. Bring a few people or come on your own — the wax doesn’t mind either way.

Session What you’ll make
  • Pour your own Soy candles scented with an essential oil blend you choose from the library, poured and set to cure.
  • Blend bar A session at the blending table, building a scent of your own from the essential oils we keep in stock.
  • Kit table Candle-making kits packed with you, so the second pour happens at home and the first one never really ends.

Courses

The course, filmed at the studio

A short course that follows one batch from cold wax to first light. Watch it once, then keep the lessons open beside you while you pour.

  1. 01

    Melt, slowly

Soy wax wants a low, even heat. We follow the melt from the first clear edge to the moment it comes off.

  2. 02

    Choose the blend

How much essential oil a wax will hold, and how to build a blend that keeps its character to the bottom of the candle.

  3. 03

    Set the wick

Centering, anchoring, and the temperatures that keep a wick standing straight through the pour.

  4. 04

    Cure, then light

Why our candles rest before they are packed, and how to tell when yours is ready for a match.
