Single-origin subscription

One origin at a time, chosen for you and sent on the cadence you set. Whole bean, logged as it leaves, and the next entry lands on schedule.

Guided tasting flight

A seated flight, cupped side by side. You taste, the notes get taken, and no jargon shows up unless you ask for it.

Booked — through the dispatch form · Three cups or the full set

03

Brew gear kit

The gear that matches the way you already brew. The kit is built around your method, with nothing in it you won't use.

Built — around your method · Ships — with the order

04

Home barista course

Work at your own counter: dial the grind, mind the water, and finish with a cup worth handing to someone else.

Taught — at your counter · Booked — through dispatch

05

Gift roast bundle

A bundle built to be given. Tell us who it's for and the note is written in their name, not yours.

Sent — as a gift · Note — included

02 — Cadence

Set the rhythm once.

The subscription runs on the cadence you choose. Name the rhythm when you order and the log keeps it from there.

01

Weekly

A new entry every seven days. The steadiest line in the log.

02

Every other week

Fourteen days apart, so there's room to miss it between deliveries.

03

Monthly

One entry a month. Slow harbor, no hurry.

03 — Guided tasting flight

Cupped side by side. No ceremony required.

A flight is the quickest way to find out what you actually like. Cups are poured in order and tasted against each other, and the notes go home with you — so the subscription that follows isn't a guess.
