Tucson, Arizona · Sonoran Desert
Geodesic domes on the desert floor, clear panels over the bed, and a private stargazing deck off every door. Yoga at dawn, a swim in the outdoor pool, and dinner grown a valley away.
The domes
Each dome is a geodesic shell — a lattice of triangles that carries the weight, so much of the roof can stay clear. Inside it is warm, dim and quiet, with the desert night overhead and nothing between you and it but glass.
The deck
Every dome opens onto its own deck, angled away from the next one and built to be lain on. Cushions, blankets, warm drinks, and a sky with nothing in the way of it.
Plan a stargazing nightDawn & daylight
Nights here end slowly. The sky goes pink behind the saguaros, the deck warms through, and the daylight half of the stay begins — still outside, still under the same sky.
Sunrise classes on the deck, before the heat arrives and while the saguaros are still in silhouette.
A swim as the sky goes from indigo to pale blue, the domes behind you and open desert in front.
Meals built from the region's growers and brought outside whenever the weather allows.
Out past the domes with a guide for the plants, the washes and the long quiet of the Sonoran Desert.
