Two ways people find us

Where are you right now?

Most calls come in one of two moments: right after a storm, or the week you decide the kitchen has to change. Both are a good reason to call — one is just more urgent.

Track 01 · Urgent

Storm damage repair

If water is coming in now, this comes first. Make the house safe and dry, document what the weather did, then rebuild it properly.

  1. 01

Call. Tell us what happened and where the damage is showing — roof, ceiling, windows, siding.

  2. 02

Make it safe. We tarp, board and stop the water where it is, before it spreads.

  3. 03

Scope and rebuild. We document the damage, work through the paperwork with you, and put the house back together.

Track 02 · Planned

Planned remodel or addition

Kitchens, baths, whole-home remodels and additions — measured, scheduled and built by one crew, so you know what happens next week.

  1. 01

Walk the house. We look at how you actually live in it before we draw anything.

  2. 02

Scope and budget. Plans, selections and a clear number for the work, in writing.

  3. 03

Build. From first cut to final paint, with the same point of contact the whole way.

How the work runs

From tarp to final paint.

The same six stages, whether the job starts with a tarp on the roof or a sketch on your kitchen table.

  1. 01 · Tarp & dry-in

Stop the water where it is. Roof covered, openings closed, wet material pulled out.

  2. 02 · Damage scope

We photograph and document everything the storm touched, so nothing gets argued about later.

  3. 03 · Plans & paperwork

Drawings, selections and permits lined up so the work doesn't stall at the start.

  4. 04 · Framing & rough-in

Structure first, then electrical, plumbing and HVAC set inside the new walls.

  5. 05 · Finishes

Cabinets, counters, tile, trim. The part you'll actually live with every day.

  6. 06 · Walkthrough

We walk it together, list what still needs attention, and fix it before we call it done.

Why homeowners call us

First we make it safe. Then we make it yours.

We're a Waco general contractor, and most of our work sits inside the county. The person who walks your roof the morning after a storm is the person who shakes your hand at the final walkthrough.

You won't be handed a binder and left alone with it. You'll know what's happening this week, what it costs, and who's going to be in your house on Monday morning.

  • Straight answers about scope, sequence and cost
  • One crew and one point of contact, start to finish
  • A site swept and put back in order at the end of the day

Next step

Tell us what happened — or what you're dreaming about.

Send the details and we'll come back to you about a walkthrough and a quote. If the house is wet, say so in the first line — that one moves to the front of the line.

Prefer to talk it through? Leave your number and ask for a call back — we answer during working hours.
