Pilates studio — Madison, Wisconsin

Tension that teaches.

Core Align Pilates is a studio in Madison, Wisconsin built around adjustable resistance. Reformer classes, mat pilates, private sessions and workshops — the springs change, the control doesn't. Teacher training follows the same principle: load it in stages.

01 — Class formats

Add tension.
Build control.

The equipment doesn't change what a class is. It changes how much resistance the class gives you. Start light, add load, keep the control — the same progression you'll follow for as long as you practice.

01

Mat Pilates

Springs off. Your own body is the resistance — held, sequenced and repeated until control becomes the default rather than the effort.

Light

02

Reformer Classes

Springs on. The carriage moves under you and you decide how much of it to use. This is where most students first feel a pattern change.

Medium

03

Private Sessions

One to one. Every spring dialed to your body, your history and the week you've just had. The most direct way to change a pattern.

High

04

Workshops

Variable load. One idea, taken apart slowly and put back together — a spring change, a transition, a breath you keep losing.

02 — Teacher training

The path coils tighter.

Teacher training works like a spring: load it in stages and it gives back in control. You learn the rig, you practice while there's still room to change, then you teach with someone correcting you as you go. Each stage adds resistance rather than lightening it.

  1. 01 Load

    Learn the rig

The equipment, the springs, the setups and the safety that goes with all of it.

  2. 02 Test

    Practice out loud

You teach in front of the room while feedback is still useful to you.

  3. 03 Hold

    Teach under load

You run the session and take the corrections until the corrections are yours.

03 — Class packs

Packs are increments,
not streaks.

Nobody gets strong in one session, and nobody needs a perfect attendance record either. A pack is just a defined amount of load, spaced the way a body actually adapts — a little, often, with the resistance turned up when you're ready for it.

Single class

Try the springs. Find out which level of load your body says yes to first.

Class pack

A defined block of classes taken regularly — reformer and mat, in the same room.

Private sessions

Higher load, tighter attention. Booked alongside a pack when something specific needs work.

Teacher training

The full compression. A pack becomes a qualification, and the springs stop being the only thing you adjust.

Pack sizes, current rates and scheduling are confirmed with the studio when you book.

04 — Workshops & the room

One idea, held still.

Workshops take a single piece of the practice and slow it down until it's yours — a spring change, a transition, the breath before a roll-down. Everything else is stripped out. It's the same studio, the same equipment, and one thing to get right.

Enrollment

Two ways in.
One conversation first.

Whether it's a class pack or the teacher training program, enrollment starts with a short conversation about where you are now and how much resistance you're ready for. Tell the studio what you're after and it will place you at the right level to begin.

Path one

Teacher training

  • Built on the same reformer and mat work you already practice in class.
  • Equipment, springs, setups and safety, then supervised practice teaching.
  • Cohort dates and tuition confirmed with the studio when you enroll.

Path two

Class packs

  • Reformer classes, mat pilates and private sessions under one roof.
  • Single classes first if you'd rather test the springs before committing.
  • Pack size, rate and scheduling confirmed with the studio when you book.
