Mains — Signal In · Nashville, Tennessee

Signal in.Show out.

Event lighting, sound and power for Nashville weddings and receptions. Copperline brings the rig, powers it, and keeps a technician on it from load-in to last call.

Built to be run,
not described.

A production shop for weddings and receptions. One crew, one plan, one contact — and gear that shows up focused, powered and checked.

Capability — the short version01

Copperline is an event production company, not a rental counter. We design the rig around your room and your run of show, then we bring it, build it, power it and stay on it.

Stage and truss lighting, sound reinforcement, LED walls, wireless microphones, power distribution and on-site technicians — handled as one system rather than six vendors passing notes.

If a guest can see it, hear it or plug into it, it is on our list.

Stage & Truss Lighting
Fixtures rigged to truss or ground, focused and cued to the room — wash, key and architectural light for the ceremony and the floor.
Sound Reinforcement
Speech and music reinforcement tuned for the venue itself, not for a spec sheet — officiant, toasts, playlists and the band.
LED Walls
Panels built, aligned and driven for ceremony backdrops, reception stages and content you actually want on screen.
Wireless Microphones
Frequencies coordinated in advance and walked on site, so the vows, the toasts and the band stay clean.
Power Distribution
Distro, feeders and cable runs sized to the rig — no daisy-chained guesswork behind a drape.
On-Site Technicians
We stay on the show. If it has a plug, a channel or an address, we own it and we run it.

In the room,
before the doors.

Rigs live or die in the hours nobody photographs. This is the part Copperline is built for.

Every fixture, channel and address on your event belongs to one plan. We build it in advance, then walk it on site — so the first time you hear a microphone is not the first time we have.

Weddings, receptions and the rooms they happen in — across Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

From first message
to last call.

Four steps, one contact, and a plan locked before anything rolls through the door.

  1. 01

    Tell us the room

Venue, date, guest count and a rough shape of the day — ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, toasts.

  2. 02

    We spec the rig

Lighting, sound, LED and power sized to that room and that plan, with the crew to run it.

  3. 03

    We lock the plan

One point of contact and one plan, confirmed before load-in. Nothing gets decided in the dark.

  4. 04

We load in and run it

Rig built, focused and sound checked, then a technician on the show until the room is clear.

Insert — send with your RFQ02

The more of this you have, the tighter the first pass we send back.

  • Venue and the room inside it
  • Date plus load-in and start times
  • Guest count and floor plan
  • Ceremony and reception layout
  • Who else is on site — band, DJ, planner
  • Any limits on power, access or noise

Missing pieces are fine. Send what you have and we will ask the right questions.

If it has a plug, a channel or an address, we own it and we run it.

Copperline is one crew on one system — lighting, sound, LED, wireless and power. Nothing shows up at load-in that we did not plan, power or patch ourselves.

Crew

One team from load-in to strike, not a hand-off at the door.

Power

Distribution sized to the rig, run and dressed properly.

Signal

Wireless coordinated and checked before the first guest sits.

Show

A technician stays on it for the length of your event.

Patch in.

Tell us the room and the date. We come back with a plan for lighting, sound, LED, wireless and power — sized for your event and run by our own technicians.

One form, one reply. Send what you have now — no obligation, and no pressure to book a walkthrough before you are ready.
