Services & sample prices

Straight prices, seasonal work.

Heating and cooling are two different jobs in two different seasons. We do both — and you'll know the number before we pick up a tool.

Furnace safety check

Heat exchanger, burners, flue and airflow — the full look-over before the cold settles in for the winter.

02

AC tune-up

Coil clean plus refrigerant and electrical checks, so the first hot week of summer doesn't catch you out.

$99
03

Heat pump install

Sized for your house and set up for a Montana winter, then commissioned so it actually holds temperature.

from $6,400

Free replacement quote

Full system replacement, quoted up front with the options written down. No charge to ask, no pressure to buy.

no cost

Prices are sample starting points — your quote depends on the house, the system and the access.

Two seasons, one crew

Bozeman gives you both extremes. We plan for both.

Winter here tests a furnace hard. Summer tests an air conditioner just as hard. Here's how we keep a house comfortable on either side of the calendar.

When the cold snap hits

Heating season

  1. 01Change the filter before the first hard freeze — airflow is the cheapest fix there is.
  2. 02Book a furnace safety check and have the heat exchanger, burners and flue looked at properly.
  3. 03Keep the outdoor unit and the vents clear of drifted snow once the storms start stacking up.
  4. 04If the system runs non-stop and the house still won't hold, ask for a replacement quote.

When the heat wave rolls in

Cooling season

  1. 01Get the AC tuned up in the spring — before the first hot week, not during it.
  2. 02Clear grass and debris from around the condenser so it can shed heat.
  3. 03Seal the ducts if upstairs rooms never match the thermostat.
  4. 04Shade west-facing windows and let the system catch up in the cooler evening hours.

Year-round

Duct sealing works in every season.

Leaky ducts waste the work your furnace and your air conditioner just did. Sealing the joints is usually the fastest way to make a house feel right in January and in July — and it's the one job that doesn't care what the thermometer says.
