How it works

Four steps, one pair of hands.

Engagement rings, wedding bands, settings and repairs all come through the same four steps, from the first phone call to the finished piece.

Say what you have in mind, or send a photo of the stone or the piece. We’ll tell you plainly what it can become.

Work out the design

Setting, metal, stone, width and fit get settled and priced before any metal is cut.

Form the metal

Bands, bezels and prongs are cut, soldered and filed by hand, one piece at a time.

Set and finish

The stone goes in, the surface is polished, and the piece is fitted and finished with you.

Heirloom redesign · from $950

Old metal and old stones, rebuilt into something you’ll wear.

Some rings get worn down to nothing, and some sit in a drawer for years. Either way, the metal and the stones inside them are worth keeping. We take the old piece apart, melt the metal down and build it again — resetting the stones you want to keep into a form that suits your hand now.
