Chalkbird Learning — trade courses, hands-on labs, instructor dashboards, certification exams and employer matching, licensed to your program by the seat.

The whole trade curriculum, licensed to your program.

Trade course library, hands-on labs, instructor dashboards, certification exams and employer matching — sold as seats to trade programs, in bundles sized to your cohort.

01 — Trade course library

The clipboard by the door.

Your program already has a shape. The library fits it: trade courses lined up in the order you actually teach them, and hands-on labs your students work checkpoint by checkpoint at the bench.

Instructors pick the modules. Students see the same list on day one and on the last day — no scavenger hunt, no twelve open tabs.

On the wall

  • Trade course library The shelf of trade courses, ordered like your program.
  • Hands-on labs Jobs worked at the bench, one checkpoint at a time.
  • Instructor dashboards The whole class on one screen, updated as they go.
  • Certification exams Practice and the real thing, in the same place.
  • Employer matching Completers put in front of the shops that are hiring.
  • Seat licensing Seats for your program, in bundles sized to your cohort.

Everything a program needs, on one board.

The instructor view: one line per cohort, week by week.

02 — Instructor dashboards

One screen, before the bell.

Nobody wants to learn a platform at 7:40 in the morning. The instructor view is one screen: who's moving, who's parked, who needs a hand on the next lab.

  • 01 Roster, attendance and where each student stopped last session.
  • 02 Lab checkpoints as students sign them off at the bench.
  • 03 Certification progress, so you know when to schedule the exam.

03 — Certification exams

Star stickers, for grown-ups.

Certification exams sit in the same place as the coursework, so students aren't handed off to a different system on the day that matters most. Practice first, then the exam — and a stack of slips at the end of the term that says the work got finished.

What a cohort leaves with

Every slip is a checkpoint your students can point at — and an instructor can check without opening a spreadsheet. Exams get scheduled when the dashboard says the class is ready, not when the calendar says so.

Yes, the stickers are the point.

04 — Employer matching

The bulletin board end of the room.

Shops that are hiring and students who are ready end up in the same place. Employer matching puts your completers in front of the people doing the hiring — not in a résumé pile on somebody's desk.

It works the other way too: employers tell us what the bench actually needs, and your program knows what to teach next.

Hiring

Shop floor. Bring your own boots.

  • Completers with checkpoint slips and a passed exam behind them.
  • Introductions made by the instructors who know who shows up early.
  • Shops see the whole cohort — not just the loudest résumé.

Pinned by the shop door, like everything else.

Seat bundle request

Tell us the program and the seat count. We'll come back with what a bundle looks like for your cohort.
