Inside the spa
The treatment rooms stay dim and already warm from the first appointment of the day, and the sauna is lit before you arrive. Nothing here is rushed, and nothing is loud.
Oils are chosen with you at the start of the hour, so the room smells the way you want it to and the pace stays yours to set.
Facials and body wraps use warm compresses and clean botanicals, applied slowly so the skin has time to settle rather than startle.
The sauna is cedar-lined and unhurried, with aromatherapy blended to taste. Stay as long as you like, then let the cool air bring you back.
