What you can order

Breakfast, picnics & a tray upstairs.

Every one of these is something you can ask for. Eat it here at the long table, take it with you, or have it brought up to your room.

Room service

For guests of the farmhouse: name the hour and breakfast arrives at your door, still hot, with the coffee you asked for.

Ask us to bring it up

Afternoon, in the parlour

The long light of the afternoon.

The tea is set where the light does most of the work. A pot, warm scones, jam made the summer before, and no reason at all to hurry.

Take it in the parlour, out on the porch, or up in your room. Neighbours and locals are welcome to order it to take away.

Cooking classes

Come stand at the long table.

Classes are small and hands-on, and they follow the kitchen's own week — what came in, what's ready, what's worth cooking while you're here.

  1. 01

    Choose your day

Tell us when you're in the valley and we'll find an hour that suits the kitchen.

  2. 02

    Cook from what came in

The menu follows the garden and the market, not the other way around.

  3. 03

    Sit down and eat it

The class ends at the table, with everything you made and something cold to drink with it.
