Pull up a chair. The table’s set.

Cedar Hollow is a country church with a long table and a wide door. Call or text and we’ll set a place for you — or simply come as you are and sit wherever you like.

One number for all of it: a visit on Sunday, a prayer request, a wedding, a memorial, the Fellowship Hall, or a seat at the community supper.

First setting — Sunday Worship

Two seatings, one long table. And it’s free.

Sunday mornings at Cedar Hollow come in two seatings, 9 and 11, and both are free. Come to either one. Come to both. Nobody counts the chairs.

New folks often wonder what to wear and what to bring. Short answer: wear what you’ve got and bring nothing. If you’d like someone watching for you at the door, call or text ahead and we’ll be looking for you.

Sunday morning at Cedar Hollow — the long table, set and waiting.

Second setting — Weddings & Memorials

Some chairs are set for the days that matter most.

Rows of wooden chairs set out on grass under tall cedar trees

Weddings

Marry under the pines, then gather at the table.

We host small weddings for couples who want the day simple and the people close. You bring the vows and the people you love; we set the chairs, the table and the quiet.

Memorials

A gentle table for remembering.

When a family needs a place to gather, we set the table with care — room for stories, for the long-lost cousins, and for whatever dish everyone always brought.

Third setting — Fellowship Hall

Bring your own dish. We’ll set the table.

The Fellowship Hall is the plain, generous room where this church does most of its living. Rent it by the hour for birthdays, reunions, showers, covered-dish dinners and the kind of gathering where everyone brings something and nobody brings enough chairs.

  • Long tables and chairs, arranged the way you need them
  • Room for birthdays, reunions, showers and covered-dish dinners
  • Space to spread out — kids welcome

Fourth setting — Community Supper

Come hungry. Leave known.

Every so often the hall fills up, the tables stretch end to end, and the whole county eats together — neighbors, strangers, and whoever wandered in off the road. There’s no ticket and no price. A basket sits by the door for anyone who wants to help cover the next one, and it’s nobody’s business who does and who doesn’t.

Want to know when the next supper is, or want to bring a dish? Call or text and we’ll tell you what we’re short on.

Bring a dish if you’d like. Bring an appetite either way.
