01 — The Set

We don't make dishes. We coax them from the earth.

Twelve pieces of handmade stoneware, made to be used every day. You choose the glaze when you pre-order; the rest is heat and patience.

02 — The Firing

Born from fire and patience.

Stoneware is shaped, dried, glazed and fired — and the kiln always has the last word. We work with that, one set at a time.

  1. 01

    Shaped

Each piece is formed by hand and set aside to dry slowly, so nothing is rushed.

  2. 02

    Glazed

You choose the glaze. The surface settles in the kiln, so the finish is decided there and not on the shelf.

  3. 03

    Fired

The twelve pieces go into the kiln together and come out as one set.

  4. 04

    Cooled

The kiln is left to cool slowly before the door is opened and the set is lifted out.

03 — Pre-order
