Services & starting prices

Five jobs, priced before we climb.

Single-flue homes are the everyday visit. Longer runs, multiple flues, and masonry repairs are quoted on site by the sweep doing the work — nothing starts until you agree to the number.

Prices are starting points for a standard single-flue home. Your price is confirmed before any work begins.

How the visit works

Four steps between the doorbell and the driveway.

No guesswork and no surprises. Here is the order of events on a sweep day, from the first ring to the last look at the photos.

  1. Step 01

    Book your window

Pick an arrival window online or call and we will tell you what is open. You get a confirmation, then a reminder the day before.

  2. Step 02

    We protect the room

Drop cloths on the hearth and floor, boot covers inside, and the vacuum staged before any brush goes up the flue.

  3. Step 03

    Sweep, camera, inspect

Brushes sized to your liner, a full sweep of the run, then the camera down the flue and a look at the cap from the roof.

  4. Step 04

    You get the findings

A short, clear walkthrough of what we saw, what we did, and what to keep an eye on — with photos of anything we flagged.

Exterior wash days are scheduled around the weather. Salt air and freeze-thaw do the slow damage here, so the outside of the chimney gets the same attention as the flue.

Salt air, freeze-thaw, and nor'easters are hard on masonry along the bay — a cap that fits and a flue that drafts are the difference between a warm winter and a wet one.
