003 How it works

Booking takes three steps.

No queue and nothing to print. Consultations and showings are held by appointment across the county.

    Choose a date, a town and a service in the booking form, and leave a phone number so the office can reach you.

    We confirm the time

    Your request reaches the office, and we call you back on the number you left to lock the appointment in.

  3. 03

    Meet at the property

    We walk the property with you, go through the fees for the service you need, and answer your questions before you decide anything.

Availability Consultations run through the working week and are held by appointment. If a time does not suit, call the office and we will find one that does.

004 Full management

Kept in plain view.

Full management is the monthly service: 9% of monthly rent, with Cascade Peak running the rental while you keep the title.

Tenant placement, lease renewal and inspection are one-off services. They are priced per job and booked the same way as everything else.
