ROOF PANEL ALUMINUM SKIN WIRING LOOM REAR DOOR CHASSIS FRAME BUILT TO YOUR SPEC
Fabrication bench with aluminum sheet, hand tools and coiled wire

The bench · KalispellAluminum sheet, looms and hand tools laid out on the same steel table every build starts from.

The build process

Measure twice. Weld once. Finish like it matters.

Every trailer moves through the same five stages on our bench. Nothing gets covered up until the stage underneath it is right — which is why the frame is checked before the skin, and the wiring is tested before the walls close.

  1. 01

    Frame

Every build starts on the bench. The chassis is laid out, squared corner to corner, and welded true before anything else goes on it. If the frame is off, nothing downstream can be made right.

  2. 02

    Skin

Aluminum goes on flat and even, fastened on a consistent line. Fastener spacing is set by hand and checked by eye down the length of the trailer, because the skin is the part everyone sees first.

  3. 03

    Doors

Doors are hung, shimmed, and cycled until they close clean and seal without a fight. Hardware is adjusted on the bench, not in your driveway.

  4. 04

    Wiring

Circuits are run in looms, kept clear of sharp edges, and tested before the interior closes up. Access points are placed where they can still be reached later on.

  5. 05

    Finish

Trim, sealant, hardware, and a clean interior. The last ten percent is the part you actually touch every time you load up, so it gets the same attention as the welds.

What every build gets

  • A squared, welded chassis
  • Aluminum skin on a consistent line
  • Doors hung and sealed
  • Labeled, tested wiring
  • A finished interior

Restoration & proof

Restoration is the same bench, pointed at an older trailer.

Some trailers come in with good bones and tired skin. We strip them back, look honestly at the frame, and rebuild from there — same sequence, same standards, second life.

After

A restoration, stage by stage

Same five stages as a new build — only the first one takes longer, because an older frame has to be inspected rather than trusted.

  • 01Strip the skin and pull the old wiring out completely.
  • 02Inspect and repair the frame before anything is covered again.
  • 03Re-skin in aluminum, hung to a consistent line.
  • 04Re-wire, test, and label every circuit.
  • 05Refinish: trim, seal, hardware, clean interior.
