Mobile welding & repair · Amarillo, Texas
Hinges, latches, posts, and frames are the parts that hold a gate, a pen, or a trailer together under daily use. When one of them quits, we load the rig and come put it right.
The ledger · six line items
Everything on this list comes down to the same thing: a part that used to hold, swing, or shut no longer does. Here is what we take on, and what it usually means.
We bring the rig to the ranch, the lot, or the shoulder of the road. If it will not move, we come to it.
Cracked tongues, bent rails, broken welds, sagging decks. Straightened, welded, and braced so the deck rides flat again.
Fence line, corral, and waterline pipe. Fit-up, root, and cap run on site, so nothing has to be hauled in to get it joined.
Clean, controlled TIG on aluminum for light frames, gates, and equipment where a hot fast pass would do more harm than good.
Feeders, squeeze chutes, loaders, and implements that quit in the middle of a job. We look at what broke and what caused it.
Built to the opening you have, hung to swing clear of the ground, and latched where a hand in gloves can reach it.

A gate is not a panel you drop in a hole. It is a frame, a set of hinges, a latch, and a post line that all have to agree with each other. We build to the opening that is already there, so it hangs square and stays that way.
Gate elevation — post line, hinge points, latch and strike.
We fit the gate to the posts you already have, so it hangs square the first time instead of the third.
Tube frame, pickets or mesh, welded out and dressed so there is nothing left to catch a sleeve on.
Hinge placement set to your post line, so the gate swings clear and does not drag a rut under itself.
Latch and stop land where a hand in gloves can reach them, and the gate closes against its own frame.
Mobile calls
Most of the work happens where the problem is — a corral gate that scrapes, a trailer that needs to leave tomorrow morning, a pipe joint that let go out on the fence line. Give us the location and what is wrong, and we will tell you what it takes.
Tell us what broke and how it is behaving — dragging, sagging, cracked, or just not shutting.
Ranch, lot, or cross streets. Enough for us to find the gate, the trailer, or the pipe run.
Welding and cutting equipment comes to the job, so nothing has to be loaded and hauled into town.
