Services

Six disciplines, delivered as one package.

Scope is written down so it can be marked up, argued with, and re-issued. Each discipline leaves you the drawings, programs, and paperwork that keep the line serviceable after we are gone.

01

PLC programming

Ladder, structured text, and function block written to a fixed tag convention, versioned and commented — so the next engineer, or the electrician on nights, can read the logic without a phone call.

Included

Tagged program and a complete backup set

02

Control panel builds

Panels laid out, labeled, and wire-numbered, then shipped with as-built drawings that match what is behind the door — not a copy of the drawing they were supposed to follow.

Included

As-built drawing set and wire schedule

03

Robotic cell integration

Robot, guarding, end-of-arm tooling, and machine interface brought together as one cell, with the safety circuit documented rather than assumed.

Included

Safety circuit and guarding drawings

04

SCADA and HMI

Screens, alarms, and historian set up so the operator sees the fault and maintenance sees the trend, with tag databases kept consistent from the PLC through to the screen.

Included

Alarm list and tag database

05

Legacy retrofit upgrades

Aging controllers migrated with a cutover plan and an I/O cross-reference, plus a rollback position if the first shift goes badly.

Included

I/O cross-reference and cutover plan

06

Safety compliance audits

Risk assessments, guarding reviews, and the punch list that follows — findings written down, not remembered, so they can be closed out item by item.

Included

Written findings and a close-out punch list

Process

How the work moves.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

What the machine is meant to do, what is already on the floor, and who signs off at the end. No drawings needed to start.

  2. 02

    Marked-up scope

The scope comes back as a marked-up list: what is in, what is excluded, and what is still needed from you.

  3. 03

    Priced revision

Priced against that scope, with the assumptions written down so every line can be challenged before it is approved.

  4. 04

    Build and commission

Panel, program, cell, and screens delivered, then started up and witnessed on site.

  5. 05

    As-built handover

Drawings, program backups, and the tag list handed over at the revision the plant was actually left in.

Work

Left in a state you can service.

Panels, cells, screens, and retrofits — photographed on site while the job is open and after it is signed off, so the record matches the machine.

Start here

Send the line, cell, or panel that is giving you trouble.

Nothing gets built on a verbal scope. Tell us what the machine is meant to do and what is already on the floor — the reply comes back as a marked-up scope and a priced revision you can approve or redline.

  • Scope marked up, in writing
  • Drawings, backups, and tag lists included
  • Cutover window agreed before the first shift
