This is the shape of a typical week. Exact times are confirmed when you book, so the week fills around your family.
What we teach
Each one starts the same way: a first lesson, then a second. You do not need to know anything yet.
One teacher, one student, one instrument and a hundred small corrections. This is where most of the work happens — bow holds, first scales, and the evening a phrase finally comes out clean.

Ages five to eight, learning to listen sideways as well as forwards. Playing with other people is a different skill from playing alone, and this is where it starts.

Adults start from zero too. If you have been meaning to play since you were fifteen, the first lesson looks the same as it does for a five-year-old: hold it, try it, come back next week.

Loud, in a room, with other people. Camp takes a week of summer and turns practice into a band.

No forms to print, no audition, no waiting list. After this, it is just showing up — which is the whole trick.
Violin, viola or guitar, or the group strings class for ages five to eight. If you are not sure yet, say so — that is a normal place to start.
Tell us who you would like to learn from and when your week has room in it. We will show you what is open, and you choose the slot that holds.
Your first lesson gets the first sticker. Then the second. Then the hundredth, by which point nobody remembers the wobbly bow hold.
