01 · The roofs
Roof-mounted arrays
We start where the sun already lands. Panels sit low on the slope you have, laid out around vents, valleys and the walkways you still need.
We all get the same sun out here. What differs is the roof under it.
Residential solar · Fresno, California
We all get the same sun out here. What differs is the roof under it. Bright Meadow puts solar on Fresno roofs, block by block, until the whole neighbourhood is making its own.
The block, stop by stop
Four roofs, four jobs. Keep moving sideways — the patch fills in as you go.

02 · The wash days
Valley dust is patient. A rinse and a soft brush clear what settles on the glass, so the array keeps doing the job it was sized for.
Out here, a clean panel is just a roof that's paying attention.
03 · The quiet box
The middle of the day gets saved for the end of it. Your battery sits on a garage wall and takes over in the evening, without a sound.
Afternoon sun, kept for after dinner. That's the whole trick.
04 · The watching
Somebody here is always looking at the numbers and the sky. If a patch starts to slip, we see it and we call you — not the other way round.
A whole street's worth of roofs is easier to look after than one.
What we do
Six things, done properly, in the order that makes sense for the house. Start anywhere — most people start with one and grow into the rest.
A system designed around your roof, your shade and the way your household actually uses power through the day.
Panels fixed to the roof you already own, laid out to keep the pitch, the vents and the walkways clear.
Store the middle of the day for the end of the day, so the house keeps running after the sun has gone off the roof.
Dust, pollen and the occasional bird. A proper wash keeps the array producing what it was sized to produce.
We keep an eye on production and flag anything that starts to drift, before it becomes a month of lost sun.
Before we talk hardware, we look at how the house spends its power — where the heat gets in and what runs at night.
Start here
Solar is arithmetic on top of a house. We'd rather get the house right first, then size the array to the result rather than to a guess.
The roof, the shade across it, the attic, the garage wall, and the way the place breathes in July.
Your usage, your roof and your goals get turned into a system that fits the house — arrays now, storage when it suits.
The array goes up, the monitoring starts, and cleaning and check-ins keep the output where it should be.
A block only works if every roof on it is actually doing its job.
