Old unit pulled and hauled out. New furnace set on a rebuilt pad, gas line and venting checked, airflow balanced, then the basement swept and left the way we found it.
Outdoor unit set on a level pad, lineset run and insulated, indoor air handler tied into the existing ductwork, then a full heat-and-cool cycle check before we loaded up.
Main trunk lines and branch runs vacuumed out, registers pulled and wiped down, and a look at the returns while the hose was already in the house.
