Services

Six kinds of bodywork, one table.

Bodies hold tension differently, so the work changes to suit it. Tell us how you train, sit, sleep and carry your day, and we'll start from there.

  1. 01

    Deep tissue

Slow, deliberate pressure through the deeper layers of muscle and fascia — for tension that has been sitting there a while and hasn't budged.

  2. 02

    Sports massage

Targeted work around training and competition, keeping range of motion where it needs to be and giving tired legs and shoulders somewhere to put the load down.

  3. 03

    Prenatal

Careful positioning and gentle pressure through pregnancy, with bolsters and pillows keeping you comfortable on your side.

  4. 04

    Hot stone

Smooth heated stones carried along the back and limbs, warming the tissue so the hands can work deeper without forcing anything.

  5. 05

    Trigger point

Sustained pressure held on one specific knot until it releases, followed by a slow stretch so the tissue knows what to do with its new length.

  6. 06

    Chair massage

Seated work through the back, shoulders and neck, done fully clothed — a short session for when a full table appointment isn't practical.

The session

What a session actually looks like.

One therapist, one table, and enough time to do the work properly. Pressure is calibrated to what your body will accept — never more, never less.

  1. 01

    We talk first

Where you hold tension, what's aching, how much pressure you actually want. That conversation shapes everything that follows.

  2. 02

    The work

Hands-on and unhurried — warming the tissue before going deeper, and never pushing past what the muscle will accept.

  3. 03

    What happens next

You leave with a few things to keep the work going at home: water, movement, and the stretches that suit the areas we opened up.
