Services

Five kinds of work, one plan.

Most sessions use more than one. We decide together what today's work should be — deeper where you want it, lighter where you don't.

    Deep tissue

Slow, sustained pressure through the layers that have tightened up. Best for stubborn tension in the back, shoulders and hips.

  2. 02

    Prenatal

Side-lying support, cushioning and pressure that change as the weeks go on, so you can stay comfortable at every stage.

  3. 03

    Sports recovery

Targeted work for training loads and race season — calves, hamstrings, quads and shoulders — to help you get back to it.

  4. 04

    Cupping

Suction that lifts and decompresses tissue where hands alone can't get enough purchase. Marks fade over a few days.

  5. 05

    Chair massage

Seated and fully clothed, working the shoulders, neck and upper back in a short, focused session.

Not sure which one fits? Describe what's going on in the booking note and we'll shape the session from there.

The session

What an appointment looks like.

  1. 01

    Before we start

We talk first: what's hurting, what you've been doing, and what you want to walk out with. Tell me about injuries, pregnancy, surgery or medications.

  2. 02

    Hands-on time

Pressure and positioning adjust as we go — deeper where you want it, off where you don't. Say the word at any point and I'll change it.

  3. 03

    After

A few things to carry home: movement, warmth, rest. Small habits that help the work hold between visits.

The studio

A quiet room to land in.

The room is set up for one thing: helping you put down what you picked up. Most people arrive straight from work or straight from the trail — either is a fine way to come in.

  • One therapist, one room, one client at a time.
  • Pressure is a conversation — it changes the moment you say so.
  • Tell me about injuries, pregnancy, surgery or medications before we begin.
  • You're covered throughout, uncovered only where we're working.

By appointment only
